“Had a lovely holiday due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. Betty and Lottie were just fabulous both brilliant at their jobs...thank you,...you both made our holiday. A mention to Sebastian, I believe he is just new, very pleasant boy as were all the other staff members. Infact the most friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Our room was basic, small, but clean. Lots of steps, not ideal for the less mobile. Great day/night time activities/entertainment. I found the food, lovely and good variety, although more fruit would be nice. Pool area good atmosphere, small area, but always a sunbed available. My only complaint is the public toilets, they don't lock and we're always dirty with no toilet rolls and not many of them. This needs sorted to better the place. Thank you from Karen, Grant and Annielise”
